Jon and his young men - and Marina on the back-end - are wonderful to work with. They have successfully moved my piano between multiple residences over the last 5 years, and have been trustworthy professionals, wonderfully personable, and a joy to have in my home. In addition to my moves, Jon has tuned my piano multiple times, taking great care of all aspects of sound and environment, and has great advice for the on-going maintenance and longevity of the instrument. Jon and his young men also recently rebuilt the pedals and entire pedal column that had been broken off the main structure (due to an unfortunate rough-housing incident a few years ago!). It works and sounds great again, and they were very reasonably priced.

Jon and his son traveled to my house to fix my antique upright player piano. The first visit they assessed what needed to be done, gave me a quote and took the parts to be repaired. When they returned they reinstalled the repaired parts and had my piano playing tunes beautifully in no time. It was a fascinating process. Jon and 88 Keys Piano truly go above and beyond. We were thoroughly pleased with their customer service and work on our piano. We have an upright Steinway from the late 1800's that needed some TLC. Jon and his son were able to bring it back to life with various repairs and tuning. We couldn't stop playing it, dream come true. Great service and great company. Edit: It’s a year after my previous review and I just had my piano tuned again. Once again, excellent service. My piano is not a great one, and they have it sounding like a million bucks!! Pleasant and easy to work with, always professional. I am very pleased....yet again!
